Crest Roofing & Restoration is backed by a 100 year family legacy of construction. During the Great Depression in the 1930s the Spencer’s would gather Construction Materials and build homes. Since then the Spencer family has been involved for 4 generations of construction management in Commercial, Government, Church, Hospice and Residential.
Chris Spencer, the founder of Crest Roofing & Restoration remembers as a child going to work and seeing his father work on major real estate projects in Salt Lake City such as Intermountain Healthcare, Huntsman Cancer Research, Grand America and the LDS Conference Center. He later started his Construction Career in Construction Management by helping out with the Marriott Library at the University of Utah and the 3rd District Court House in West Jordan. In 2020 Chris started in the Residential space by working with Insurance Carriers to replace roofs that were damaged by both hail and wind. Chris has successfully replaced $25 Million worth of roof replacements and continues to work in this space.
Today Crest Roofing & Restoration has their vision set on being a full service insurance contractor as well as working in the retail space. Today Crest Roofing & Restoration performs roof replacements, renovations, disaster restoration and continues to grow as a producer in the Construction industry.
